::: Ribbons and Rust - Vintage Decor Rental :::

Finding so many great things from the USA...some are sellers and ship internationally which is fabulous for us here in Australia, but unfortunately some offer services that we cant utilise - but we can draw inspiration from their amazing talents. This might be what your looking for if you are one of my international followers though!!

I recently stumbled across this great business called 'Ribbons and Rust' - a vintage decor rental business from Southern California.

A photos featured on the R&R site

Ribbons & Rust creator, Stephanie Dix, knows that personal style is all in the details...and lots of them. She's made it simple to incorporate those details into your event or photo shoot to add a vintage edge. Ribbons & Rust has a vast collection and is constantly growing but is always looking for new additions and loves a good challenge, so if you're seeking something specific feel free to contact Stephanie (info@ribbonsandrust.com) for a custom search.

::: Ruche Unveils Their Long Awaited Bridal Collection Tomorrow!! :::

Super excited for tomorrow when Ruche unveils their long awaited bridal collection!

Last week on Green Wedding Shoes we got the exclusive first look at the collection with photos by the A^MAZINGLY TALENTED Stephanie Williams of This Modern Romance.

In case you didnt see it here are some of the to-die-for shots...

Their first collection is very vintage inspired with a 1920s influence – art deco meets the great Gatsby. The wedding dresses have lots of intricate details + unique shapes with lots of lace, embroidery, and intricate stitching.

Bridesmaids dresses are focused on a lighter pastel palette with lots of sage green, pinks and peaches. They have cuts they will look great on all body shapes.

Most of the wedding dresses are below $500 and most bridesmaid dresses are below $100. That is crazy!

The best news? They ship internationally!

SWOON!! How will I sleep tonight?

::: Shoe Queen Terry Biviano Weds Anthony Minichiello :::

Its been dubbed Rugby League's Royal Wedding and reported as lavish and extravagant...

After 5 years together they announced their engagement on December 2010 and exchanged vows earlier this year.

I am not a lover of every detail but I do think they did some things very well!

One of my favourite photographic companies, SugarLove Weddings, had the priviledge of shooting this high profile couple - it took 8 of their amazing team to capture the day!

J'Aton gown

I just love the idea of an oversized wrist corsage for the bridesmaids instead of a bouquet!

Elegantly simple Terry Biviano shoes

5 carat diamond...a very lucky lady!

The ceremony was held at the very Grand St Mary's Cathedral in Sydney.

Not sure I am a huge fan of the long veil over the face?

Their reception was at Swifts, the magnificant 57 room Georgian Castle in Darling Point, home of the extended Moran clan.

 Too much?

Love the idea of a garden party vibe with some amazing cocktails for guests

Initials on the doorway of the happy couple

 Very lavish indeed!

 Personalised bottle of Moet

 Gorgeous floral finishing touches

 mmmm the chandeliers...LOVE!

Love this! The guest book is a giant bottle of Moet!

I am thinking a detachable train might have been a good idea...imagine trying to dance and twirl in this?

Congratulations to the happy couple!! Hope they enjoyed their 5 star romantic honeymoon to the Maldives!!

Love and sunshine,
Amy
